Question for anyone watching Supernatural: Charlie is back in some fashion? And Bobby too right?

Why? Have they seriously run out of ideas? Did anyone else come back that we were upset when they died? I’m gonna need this show to go ahead and end. I love Supernatural but damn, let’s go on and let it go like Frozen.
